• Description: Face lift surgery is beneficial to men and women who are experiencing sagging of the face due to the ageing process. Normally surgical face lift is performed on clients aged from around 40 years and up to around 70 years. Ultimately the upper age limit is determined by the health of the client. Face lift surgery is performed under general anaesthetic and takes between 2 and 5 hours depending on the type and extent of the procedure undertaken. It will be necessary to stay overnight at the hospital for 2 nights and this is included in the price of your cosmetic surgery package. Once you are discharged you will be taken every 2–3 days for a free check up with your plastic surgeon at the hospital. The minimum stay in Thailand is 7 days, but the recommended stay is between 10 and 14 days depending on the extent of your chosen procedure. Classical stitches are used by our plastic surgeons which need to be removed between 12 and 14 days after the surgery.
