We do not charge for our service. A patient makes the payment directly to the hospital upon admission day. The hospitals accept both cash and credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX)

What language do they speak at the hospital?
All surgeons and other staffs at our partner hospitals speak English fluently. Furthermore, translation services are available in more than 20 languages.
Is there any follow-up care when I return home?
We stay in touch with all patients and are prompt in coordination between you and your surgeon. We recommend that patients inform their regular physician of the upcoming procedure so that they may receive their follow-up care locally.
Can I have multi procedures at the same time?
It depends on your surgery requests and also your health condition. Some procedures can be done together, but some may be not. The condition will be considered after your medical questionnaire your pictures has been evaluated.
Can someone assist me during my stay in Thailand?

What type of clothing should I prepare?
Thailand has a tropical climate, so the weather is warm throughout the year. Clothing that you should bring should be T-shirts, short-sleeved shirts, shorts, pants (in case you want to go somewhere a bit “dressy”), swimsuits, and sandals. And don’t forget the sun block.
What kind of electrical appliances can I use in Thailand?
The electricity current in Thailand is 220 volts, so if you have to bring electrical appliances from the UK or the USA, an adaptor is advised, or you could buy one here in Thailand.
